Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered. In some cases, promotional offers or free shipping campaigns may apply to specific products or regions.

All orders shipped from Antique Aura include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. This includes the recipient’s name, street address, postal code, and contact details.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
